|Answer: You may bake pareve in a clean fleishig oven, but it is preferable to place a sheet of aluminum foil between the bottom of the pan and the oven rack. If the oven was not completely clean it is better to cover the pareve item, if possible. If not, it is still permitted but it is necessary to place something between to pan and rack. If there is enough fleishig residue to give off steam when heated, it should not be done, but this is unlikely. Noodles from rice flour are mezonos and borei nefashos.
