Halacha - throw away chanukah menora

Answer: They should be wrapped well to prevent soiling from other refuse in the garbage can, but they may be thrown out. Tashmishei Kedusha require geniza but not Tashmishei Mitzva. They would have the same Halacha as old tzitzis.
