Halacha - shopping on the 9 days
Submitted by Barney  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question:
Answer: One may not purchase clothing for children even if they will not know about it during the 9 days unless they have nothing else to wear. Also, if it would cause significant financial hardship to wait, such as missing a once-a-year sale, it may be allowed.
