|Halacha - Mincha-B'yechidus|
|Submitted by Daniel Cohen Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh|
|Answer: It is important to daven with a minyan and there is no reason not to daven mincha after plag, so it would be much more advisable to wait and daven with a minyan unless there are specific circumstances preventing it.

The vast majority of Poskim do not pasken like the Aruch HaShulchan that one should not daven Mincha after plag, and he acknowledges that the minhag does not follow his opinion. Additionally, in the end of the halacha you refer to, he writes himself that one should only daven early if he can assemble a minyan.

What about the Aruch HaShulchan 233:7-do we not pasken like that?
