Answer:     1.    Although some Poskim consider copying to be genuine Gezel, most poskim do not consider it to be gezel in the literal sense of the word. However, the general mitzvah of Ve’ohavta lereyacha komocha – do not do to others as you would not have done to yourself – applies here, too. If you had recorded the music you would not want others to copy it and so don’t do it to others either. (For a detailed discussion of copyright in Halacha, see the attached file.)
