Halacha - Tefillin
Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: If one was an oneis and could not daven tefilas shacharis, and thus will daven an additional shmoneh esrei at mincha as a tashlumin: should he wait to put on tefillin at that make-up shacharis shmoneh esrei, or should he put on tefillin as early in the day as possible? Thank you
Answer: It is better to put on the Tefilling immediately, as soon as possible. There is also an Inyan to wear them for Shmoneh Esrei, and he can put them on a second time if he wishes.
