|Halacha - premarital relationship|
|Submitted by anonymous Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh|
|Answer: First of all, according to most authorities it is included in the prohibition against prostitution, "lo s'hiye k'daisha". Additionally, the girl is presumably a nidda, which is a very serious aveira and chayav kareis.

Actually, the Rambam Ishus 1:4, Rosh and Tur consider any extramarital relations to be included in lo si'yeh kedaisha, which is also the prohibition against prostitution. While the Raavad disagrees and writes that as long as she is not promiscuous it is not included in this prohibition, the Rema in EH 26:1 rules like the Rambam. Additionally there is the issue of niddah, as I mentioned previously. A shiksa would also not be a very good idea, because that would cause karais mi’derabanan and would also expose you to kanaim pogim bo as happened to Zimri.
I highly recommend you either exercise self control and wait, or hurry up and get married very soon.

If you're not paying the girl, how is it prostitution? If a couple decides to sleep together and neither is promiscuous, I really doubt there is an issue of prostitution. For the most part, calling a girl a zonah because she wants to have sex before marriage is a terribly faulted line of reasoning.
Rabbayim, this answer leads men to think that shiksas are just for practice. If someone wants to have sex before marriage, isn't it better that it's between two Jews?
