Halacha - beracha at night
Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question:
Answer: At night one should not recite a new beracha, since many are of the opinion that one is not obligated to wear tzitzis at all by night. Even though I wrote previously that my opinion is to put them back on, certainly the beracha should not be said.
