Halacha - me'ah berachot over the telephone
Submitted by Steven Oppenheimer, DMD  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question:
Answer: I don't understand how this would help fulfill mea berachos. The obligation is to say 100 berachos, not to hear and answer amen. The issue of being yotzei over the telephone is irrelevant, and in any event I would agree with you that it doesn't work.
