Answer: Since you are eating supper and sleeping in the hospital that is really the proper place to light, and you should try to light there even if it is only one candle for half an hour. If that is impossible, you should light n the office without a beracha. If you would also eat supper in the office you could light there with a beracha, just like a yeshiva bachur who eats in yeshiva and sleeps at home since the place one eats is more important than the place of sleeping
